Medina man, 19, jailed on sex abuse charges

LOCKPORT—A Medina man with a history of sexual abuse has been charged with first-degree felony sexual abuse of children.

Ritchard P. Baldwin, 19, of Marilla Place was arraigned Monday in Lockport City Court, charged with abusing a boy and girl, each under age 11. Bail was set at $5,000 for each of two counts, and he was remanded to Niagara County Jail.

Baldwin, who had been convicted last summer of abuse and was on probation, told investigators that the incidents now being investigated had happened at different locations over an extended period..
