Mr. and Mrs. Ronald F. Halter of Elma celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner in Alton’s Restaurant, Elma, followed by a gathering in their home. Mr. Halter and Ellen
E. Hoare were married Oct. 17, 1959, in St. Stephen Catholic Church, Buffalo. He is a retired repair shop foreman for Buffalo Electric Co. and retired repair technician for Emsco Electric Co.; she is a retired office clerk for Harlequin Distribution Center, Cheektowaga. The couple has three children, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
