Kevin M. Dean, 52, of 3884 Ewings Road, Newfane, pleaded guilty Oct. 15 to first-degree sexual abuse. He has been held at the Niagara County Jail since Aug. 5 and is scheduled for sentencing Jan. 6. A man with a similar name who lives at a different address on Ewings Road had no connection to the crime.
