New Niagara Falls school superintendent delivers remarks to board

Cynthia Bianco, named the Niagara Falls school superintendent on Thursday night, made these comments during the School Board meeting after being named the district's top administrator. Bianco succeeds her brother, Carmen Granto, as superintendent. The board tapped Bianco after interviewing none of the six candidates for the job.
