Veterans Service chief sets July meetings

OLEAN—John B. Sampson, director of the Cattaraugus County Veterans Service Agency, has announced his July schedule for meetings with veterans and their families to discuss benefits, health care and other concerns.
Sampson will be on hand from 10 a. m. to noon Thursday in the Gowanda American Legion Post and from 1:30 to 3:30 p. m. July 14 in the Franklinville town clerk’s office in Town Hall on Park Square. There is no Randolph meeting time in July.
With the exception of the third Thursday each month, veterans also may meet with Sampson from 1 to 3:30 p. m. Thursdays in the county’s Little Valley office building in the County Center at 303 Court St.
Sampson’s Olean-based office hours are from 9 a. m. to noon and from 1 to 5 p. m. Monday through Friday, at 1 Leo Moss Drive. Veterans are advised to call ahead to confirm Sampson’s availability, at 701-3298.
