Mr. and Mrs. Joseph DiCarlo of Tonawanda celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner for family and friends in Ramada Hotel and Conference Center, Getzville. Mr. DiCarlo and Barbara Penders were married June 20, 1959, in St. Aloysius Gonzaga Catholic Church, Cheektowaga. He is a retired physical education teacher for Cleveland Hill Elementary School and currently a tennis professional; she is a retired physical education teacher for Cleveland Hill High School and Nardin Academy. The couple has three children and nine grandchildren.
