Shanghai, China, 8.1 million American depositary shares each representing 60 ordinary shares, priced $7 to $9, managed by Credit Suisse and Citigroup. Proposed NYSE symbol CPC. Business: The largest manufacturer of fluorinated specialty chemicals in China.
Duoyuan Global Water
Beijing, China, 5 million American depositary shares, each representing 2 ordinary shares, priced $13 to $15, managed by Piper Jaffray. Proposed NYSE symbol DGW. Business: A leading China-based manufacturer of water treatment equipment.
Invesco Mortgage Capital
Atlanta, 20 million shares, priced at $20 each, managed by Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Proposed NYSE symbol IVR. Business: Invesco- managed REIT which intends to invest in agency mortgage-backed securities.
Medidata Solutions
New York, 6.3 million shares, priced $11 to $13, managed by Citigroup and Credit Suisse. Proposed Nasdaq symbol MSDO. Business: Provides an on-demand platform for capturing and managing clinical trial data.
