Brown endorsed by Independence Party

The Erie County Independence Party on Saturday endorsed Mayor Byron W. Brown for re-election.
Sandra Geist Rosenswie, the party’s county chairwoman, said, “We agree that the success Mayor Brown has achieved in his first term will continue to move the city forward, positioning it well for future growth and development.”
The Independence Party also endorsed Brown in 2005.
