Woman pleads not guilty to assaulting officer

NIAGARA FALLS—A Ferry Avenue woman arraigned Thursday in City Court on a felony assault charge is accused of scratching the face of police officer Wednesday night.
Tina Louise Parker, 27, pleaded not guilty and was held in Niagara County Jail on $2,000 cash. She faces a June 19 court appearance.
The attack occurred at about 10 p. m. Wednesday, after Parker summoned police on a criminal mischief complaint, police said.
