Elijah E. Albano pleaded guilty Tuesday to a sexual affair with a teenage Clarence boy earlier this year.

State Supreme Court Justice John L. Michalski told Albano, 29, of Darien Center, he will likely place him on probation for 10 years when he sentences him Jan. 6.

Albano pleaded guilty to first-and third-degree criminal sexual act (sodomy) for what state police described as a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy earlier this year. He was arrested in May by state police. The judge told Albano he must register with the state as a sex offender and issued an order of protection for the victim.
