Arrest made in assault at Cassadaga gas station

STOCKTON—A Fredonia man was arrested Tuesday on a warrant issued from the Town of Stockton Court for allegedly assaulting a man at the Kwik Fill gas station in Cassadaga on Friday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Louis B. Horton, 31, of Route 60, was charged with third-degree assault. He was arraigned Tuesday afternoon and remanded to the county jail on $1,000 bail.
