Police seek suspect in East Side stabbing

A Buffalo man was in stable condition in Erie County Medical Center after being stabbed in the chest and left hand Friday afternoon near East Ferry Street and Ernst Avenue.
The victim, Phillip Stevens, walked to a convenience store at the corner before collapsing, according to a police report.
Police were searching for a suspect who goes by the nickname, “Man- Man.”
