As one who has disagreed with practically everything President Obama has done so far, I must take exception to Jimmy Carter’s inane charge that opposition to the president’s policies amounts to racism. Maybe Obama evokes such passionate disagreement because he is the most passionately left-wing president we’ve ever had.

Ask yourself this: In a hypothetical race between Alan Keyes and John Edwards, who do you suppose Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity would vote for? I’ll take a conservative black man over a liberal white man any day.
