Hinsdale man charged in theft of wallet

ALLEGANY—Justin W. Carr, 19, of Hinsdale, was arrested Monday by Cattaraugus County sheriffas deputies and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny relating to the theft of a womanas wallet.

Carr was arraigned in Allegany Town Court and sent to the county jail with bail set at $1,000. Heas to return to court Oct. 19.
