Allegany sex attack results in charges

ALLEGANY—Archie Dweh, 21, of Jamaica, was arrested Monday by Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies and charged with third-degree rape and unlawfully dealing with a child following an incident in the Town of Allegany.
Dweh was arraigned in Allegany Town Court and taken to the county jail with bail set at $1,000.
