DWI charge brings 3 years of probation

LOCKPORT—Three years of probation was the sentence Wednesday from Niagara County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III for a Hartland man who had pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of driving while intoxicated.
Brandon W. Mackey, 26, of Quaker Road, was arrested Jan. 10 in the City of Lockport after police saw his car cross the center line at East Avenue and Washburn Street.
