The Costa Rica Tourist Board has teamed with tourism providers to launch the Costa Rica Plus program, offering coupons for free lodging, room upgrades, food credits, spa treatments, reduced domestic airfares and attractions. For example, up to two children younger than 12 accompanied by two paying adults fly free on Nature Air’s domestic flights from San Jose to other Costa Rica vacation destinations. Many hotels are offering a fourth night free, and several include a free third night. Princess Cruises’ Balcony Bonanza promotion is back. Receive free balcony upgrades worth up to $1,100 per couple on cruises departing January through April 2010.
