Colgan Air's policy on sick time for its employees

Pilots at Colgan Air, which operated Continental Connection Flight 3407, said they have flown sick or tired because it's less painful than calling in sick or tired. An investigation of the crash of Flight 3407 in Clarence Center revealed the copilot was flying even though she had a cold. This document from Colgan sets out the company policy.
