Hourly cooking demos set for JCC parking lot

OLEAN—The Olean Farmers’ Market will be open from 8 a. m.-2 p. m. today in the Jamestown Community College parking lot on North Union Street.
The market is sponsored by farmer members of the Rural Enterprise Association of Producers and July 4 will mark the eighth week of its 20th year. Chef Ruben Santiago will hold hourly cooking demonstrations at 10, 11, and noon.
