A picturesque country scene is the backdrop for a holiday art festival hosted by the Friends of Knox Farm State Park.
The Knox Main House (437 Buffalo Road, East Aurora) will be the setting for the festival where guests can buy jewelry, pottery, blown glass, photography, painting and other artwork just in time for holiday gift giving. One room in the house will be devoted to art that represents Knox Farm created specifically for the event; all pieces will be for sale with a portion of the proceeds going toward the maintenance and preservation of the Knox estate.
Opening night is 6 to 9 p.m. Friday with live music and a wine tasting by Aurora Liquors; the cost is $20. Regular festival hours are 10 to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; admission is $5.
