For the ninth year running, Buffalo’s metal-core ambassadors to the world, Every Time I Die, will treat their hometown to a holiday party unlike any other. At 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, the band will take over the Waiting Room (334 Delaware Ave.) for a multi-act gig.
Past years have become the stuff of legend, as ETID moved into Mohawk Place for its annual seasonal shindig, turning the intimate club into a heavy music bacchanal. At times, during these shows, it seemed that even the walls were sweating.
With the unfortunate passing of the ’Hawk, ETID moves to the more spacious Waiting Room and brings along friends LetLive and Code Orange Kids for what is poised to be a night to remember. Sadly, if you haven’t yet grabbed your tickets, you’re out of luck – both Friday and Saturday’s shows are sold out.
