Justin Timberlake, who canceled tonight’s concert at First Niagara Center, offered up an apology to Buffalo Friday night on “The Tonight Show” starring Jimmy Fallon.
Looking straight at the camera, he said: “Hi, Buffalo. I’m Justin Timberlake and I want to say I’m sorry for postponing my concert. I know what you’re saying: ‘I don’t want an apology, I want a concert.’ I’m coming back July 9 and you’d better be ready. We’re going to party and if you’re not satisfied, Jimmy Fallon is going to come to your house and give you a full body massage complete with hot wax.”

Timberlake had to postpone his Wednesday night performance in Madison Square Garden at the last minute for unspecified health reasons. He then performed Thursday in New York and joined Fallon Friday night.
His schedule lists no instances where he performs three dates in a row, so Buffalo lost out.
The First Niagara concert has been rescheduled for July 9, which would be the first performance on the summer leg of his “20/20 Experience” tour. Tickets for Saturday’s show will be honored then, Live Nation said. Refunds can be obtained at point of purchase.
