Q: What has happened to the show “In Plain Sight,” about the female U. S. marshal who put people in the Witness Protection Program? I thought I heard it was coming back, but when and on what station?— Debra Lothian, Everett, Wash.

A: The show’s 16-episode second season began in April on USA Network, where new stories still are being shown at 10 p. m. Sundays, with Mary Mc- Cormack continuing as central character Mary Shannon.

Q: Is Mark Dacascos, who starred in the movie “I Am Omega,” the chairman on “Iron Chef America”?— Linda Frey, Choctaw, Okla.

A: He had that role during the 2005-06 season of the series, reprising it after he first filled it in the miniseries “Iron Chef America: Battle of the Masters” in 2004.

Q: Will “America’s Got Talent” be shown again?— Jean Harris, Seattle

A: The fourth season of the NBC competition is scheduled to begin June 23, with a new host—Nick Cannon, husband of singer Mariah Carey—since Jerry Springer says other commitments have worked against his return. Judges David Hasselhoff, Piers Morgan and Sharon Osbourne are expected back.

A: They aren’t.
