JULY18,7p.m.: Reading and book signing by novelist Tess Callahan, author of “April & Oliver” (Grand Central Publishing). Callahan lived in Buffalo and earned a master’s degree in education from the University at Buffalo in the mid-1980s. Talking Leaves Books, 3158 Main St., Buffalo.
