Q: Last year, I became a huge fan of the reality show “The Mole,” but I’ve heard that it might not return. Is this true?—

A: It is, at least as it stands now. ABC announced last spring—eight months after the fifth season had concluded — that the contest, which originally was hosted by Anderson Cooper before he moved to CNN, would not be returning.

Q: What happened to “HawthoRNe”? Will it be back? — Frances Lewis, Dallas

A: It will, probably toward summer, which was when TNT premiered the medical drama starring Jada Pinkett Smith this year. The cable network has ordered 10 more episodes.

Q: Have any “Frasier” episodes been released on DVD? I wish to buy them as a Christmas present. — Mary Walker, Littleton, Colo.

A: Depending on how many you want to buy, someone could have a good or really great holiday. All 11 seasons of Kelsey Grammer’s former NBC sitcom are available on discs from Paramount Home Entertainment, in individual boxed sets or in two collections (one including the first three seasons and the final one, and the other encompassing the first five seasons and the last one).
