Start making your summer concert plans: Tickets go on sale this weekend for a bunch of shows featuring some big names.

Darien Lake Performing Arts Center this afternoon confirmed separate appearances by the Dave Matthews Band and Nickelback. Meanwhile, Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort today announced several June shows, including Air Supply and Huey Lewis.

The Dave Matthews Band show, which had previously been announced to fans on the group's Web site, has been confirmed for 7 p.m. May 27. Robert Randolph and the Family Band will open. Tickets go on sale at noon Friday and will be $70, $39.50 for lawn seats.

Nickelback will come to Darien Lake at 6 p.m. July 10. The rest of that night's bill features Hinder, Papa Roach and Saving Abel. Tickets for that show go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday. Advance prices range from $35 (for lawn seats) to $79.50.

Tickets for both Darien Lake shows will be available at www.livenation.com, participating Blockbuster stores or at (877) 598-8694.

The Niagara Fallsview lineup for June includes: Hollywood star Kevin Costner with his band, Modern West, on June 4 and 5; the Italian pop groups Ricchie Poveri and I Camaleonti on June 6 and June 7; radio hit-maker Huey Lewis and the News on June 11 and 12; Alice Lau and Dicky Cheung on June 14 and 15; "Carol Burnett Show" star Tim Conway with guests Chuck McCann and Louise DuArt on June 24 and 25; and soft-rock staples Air Supply on June 26 and 27.

Tickets to the Niagara Fallsview shows go on sale at noon Friday at all Ticketmaster outlets, by calling (877) 833-3110 or by visiting www.ticketmaster.ca.
