Aykroyd to appear at local liquor store

Crystal Head, Newfoundland’s most famous vodka, rolls into town Tuesday with its famous frontman, actor Dan Aykroyd, signing bottles at a Transit Road liquor store.
Aykroyd will sign from 3 to 5 p. m. at Premium Wine and Spirits, 7980 Transit Road, Williamsville.
The star of “Saturday Night Live,” “The Blues Brothers” and “Ghostbusters” is promoting $50-a-bottle vodka, but a big part of the lure is the container. The heavy glass skulls look and feel “unbelieveable” in your hand, said Burton Notarius of the Premier Group.
