Clarification

Story tools:

A story that ran last Sunday in Niagara Weekend should have said that Lewiston Town Democratic Chairwoman Diane Roberts asked during a recent Town Board meeting for an investigation into information she and others had received about town highway workers doing drainage work on private property. She did not directly claim that the work had been done to help the town’s Republican vice chairman, as was reported. The land in question is owned by the Seneca Nation of Indians, not the vice chairman.
