A story in some editions Wednesday incorrectly said the Williamsville School District’s 2009 facilities plan was approved by the School Board. While board members spoke in favor of the plan at their last meeting, they did not formally vote on it. That vote is expected Tuesday.

A story in Thursday’s News reported that Sen. Kirsten E. Gillibrand, D-N. Y.,would support President Obama’s decision on troop levels in Afghanistan, no matter what. But her office said Thursday that the senator will assess the president’s recommendation once he makes it and then decide whether to support any request for funding for additional troops.
