The former home at 1230 Delaware Ave. in Buffalo was once owned by attorney Nathaniel Barrell and his wife, honorary German consul Brix Barrell. It was then sold to Richard Wyssling and Michael Montgomery, of the Wyssling & Montgomery law firm. The names of the former owners were spelled incorrectly in Tuesday’s editions.

Gerald T. Balone spent 33 years in state prison for the 1973 slayings of three people on Olga Place. The amount of time he spent in prison for the crimes was incorrect in a story in Wednesday’s editions.
