An article Friday about various reform measures in the Erie County Legislature wrongly described proposals to institute term limits. The County Legislature’s three Republicans propose limiting all county elected officials to no more than eight years in office. Democratic Legislators Michele M. Iannello of Kenmore and Kathy Konst of Lancaster propose giving county lawmakers four-year terms but limiting a legislator’s service to 12 years.
