Two Buffalo firefighters were injured early this morning fighting a two-alarm blaze at 129 Forest Ave.

It's the second time this fall that firefighters have been called to the large two-and-a-half-story wood frame house that includes a one-and-a-half-story attached addition.

This latest blaze, which was reported at 3:17 a.m., started on the first floor of the main structure and spread to the upper floors.

The injured firefighters were taken to Erie County Medical Center for treatment. Information on their conditions was not immediately available.

The cause of the $10,000 fire is under investigation.
