5 arrested in trashing of home
Five people were arrested at a Town of Boston home that had been broken into and trashed, state police reported.
A neighbor called police after noticing suspicious activity late Sunday at a Woodlee Court home whose owners were away, according to Sgt. Don Gardon of the Boston barracks. Troopers found a garage door had been kicked in.
“They broke in,” Gardon said. “They had a hell of a party in there.”
The five had been drinking and caused extensive damage to the property, troopers reported. One of the five was acquainted with a former resident of the house.
Arrested were Jakob Szustakowski, 20, of Lake View, who was charged with burglary and unlawfully dealing with a child; Lukas Natali Suzano, 21, of Depew, charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and unlawfully dealing with a child; Jacqueline R. Piatko, 16, of Buffalo, charged with criminal trespass; and Kyle Kaminski, 17, of Hamburg, charged with criminal trespass.
A 15-year-old Hamburg girl, also was charged with criminal trespass.
