People Inc. cuts ribbon at new complex in Hamburg
People Inc. marked the opening of a seniors housing complex in Hamburg with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday, attended by agency executives and community leaders.
Elm Senior Housing at 4122 Sowles Road houses 49 seniors over age 62 who meet federal income guidelines.
The building is the nonprofit agency’s 15th affordable housing development for seniors, with others in Akron, Wheatfield, Amherst, Blasdell, Buffalo, Cheektowaga, Clarence, Grand Island, Lackawanna, Orchard Park and West Seneca.
