Colden woman charged with felony DWI
Erie County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Colden woman early Wednesday and charged her with felony driving while intoxicated, less than 16 months after she had a prior DWI conviction, sheriff’s officials said.
Deputies Amy Klimowicz and Christian Parisi stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation and an unsafe turn on Holland-Glenwood Road in Colden at about 2:10 a. m.
The driver, Nicole Mumm, 30, failed a series of roadside sobriety tests and later refused to submit to a Breathalyzer test, sheriff’s officials said.
Mumm was charged with felony DWI because of a prior drunken-driving conviction in June 2007, according to police reports.
