DWI, leaving scene of accident charged
MACHIAS — A West Seneca man is accused of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident on Zoulke Road.
Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies said they arrested John J. Oppel, 27, of Fremount Street, in connection with the Saturday morning property damage accident.
Police said he is charged with leaving the scene of the accident, driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
