Police accuse man, 27, of harassing baby sitter
Lackawanna police have accused a 27-year-old man with breaking into a neighbor’s home and making sexual comments to the teenage baby sitter.
Lt. Christopher Lalka and Officer Joseph Milkowski charged Christopher
D. Hicks, 27, of Victory Avenue, with burglary, endangering the welfare of a child under 17 and harassment following the incident that occurred at about 8:30 p. m. on July 4.
Police accused Hicks of banging on the neighbor’s door, breaking into the house, grabbing the girl around the wrist and propositioning her.
