FANTASY DRAWING
CLASS: Draw fantasy figures with local artist Tom Fox at the North Tonawanda Public Library from 1:30 to 3 p. m. Thursday. The activity is for children in fourth grade and older. Learn new drawing techniques and create a fantasy world of ogres and unicorns. The library is located at 505 Meadow Drive. QUEEN OF HEAVEN CARNIVAL: The 28th annual Queen of Heaven Carnival will start at 6 p. m. Friday at the parish grounds, Seneca Street and Mill Road, West Seneca. The carnival, which ends at 10 p. m. Sunday, will feature rides, attractions, live music and games of chance. Admission is free. For details, call 674-3468.
TWILIGHT TIME: Elma Public Library, 1860 Bowen Road, will host the Twilight Party for youngsters in sixth through 12th grades from 6:30 to 8:30 p. m. Friday. Register in person at the library or by phone at 652-2719.
