ALLEGANY STATE PARK

Public invited to attend two informational meetings

The public is invited to participate in two informational meetings this week to discuss preparation of a draft master plan and draft environmental impact statement for Allegany State Park.

Suggestions from the public will be considered during the master plan process.

The state Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation will hold the public meetings from 6:30 to 9 p. m. Wednesday in the Salamanca High School auditorium, 50 Iroquois Drive, Salamanca, and Thursday at the same time in Bulger Hall on the Buffalo State College campus, 1300 Elmwood Ave.

Those who cannot attend may submit comments to Salim Adler, park planner, by e-mail at Salim.adler@oprhp.state.ny.us, or in writing at Agency Building 1, 17th Floor, Empire State Plaza, Albany, NY 12238.
