Arraignments processed in 10 cases

LITTLE VALLEY — Ten people were arraigned this week in Cattaraugus County Court action. Several pleaded guilty and will be sentenced March 9, according to District Attorney Edward M. Sharkey. Others had their cases adjourned for further motions.

Charles E. Miller II, 20, of Olean, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree grand larceny. Items valued at more than $1,000 were stolen in December 2007 in Machias.

Daniel G. Tidd. 23, of Kill Buck, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated on Sept. 24 in the City of Salamanca and with a blood-alcohol count of 0.30 percent, nearly four times the legal limit.

Jennifer Heitzinger, 29, of Olean, pleaded guilty to third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, cocaine, on Feb. 23 in the City of Olean.

Patrick T. Fuhr, 50, of Franklinville, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a police officer’s identification card, and first-degree attempted criminal impersonation on July 28 in the Town of Franklinville.

Jolene A. Cooper, 22, of Salamanca, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and without a license Sept. 29 in the City of Salamanca.

Christopher M. Amrhein, 35, of Olean, pleaded not guilty to fourth-degree grand larceny, two counts of forgery of a vehicle identification number and illegal possession of a vehicle identification number between March and April in Yorkshire.

Terry D. Hunter, 38, of Buffalo, pleaded not guilty to fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and operating a vehicle while the registration was suspended June 6 in Olean.

Scott M. Peters, 29, of Hinsdale, pleaded not guilty to second-degree aggravated sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Walter M. Edwards, 24, of Whitesville, pleaded not guilty to charges of fourth and seventh degrees of criminal possession of controlled substances and unlawful possession of marijuana, June 20, 2007, in Yorkshire.

Scott A. Wilcox, 39, of Belmont, pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated, driving without a license and leaving the scene of a property damage accident June 25 in Yorkshire.
