IDA will explain role in wind energy projects
ELLICOTTVILLE — The Cattaraugus County Industrial Development Agency will explain its role in wind energy development projects in a community outreach meeting at 6:30 p. m. Wednesday in Randolph Central School auditorium.
Several Cattaraugus County communities are considering hosting wind energy projects that are expected to be financed with the assistance of the CCIDA.
Additional presentations in the series, “Host Community Agreements vs. PILOTs, Hosting Municipality Potential Economic Impact,” are planned Nov. 12 in Gowanda Central School auditorium; Nov. 18 in Franklinville Central School auditorium; Nov. 19 in Cattaraugus County Legislative Chambers, Little Valley.
