Traffic violation results in drunken-driving charge
VILLENOVA — A Cherry Creek man was charged with driving while intoxicated after state police pulled him over on a traffic violation late Thursday in the Town of Villenova, troopers reported.
Steven T. Pulliam, 47, of Main Street, whose driving privileges were already suspended for DWI, was charged again after police stopped the Dodge Neon he was driving at about 10:45 p. m. on Buttermilk Road.
Pulliam and the vehicle were released to the vehicle’s owner — a Forestville man — pending a Nov. 6 appearance in Town Court.
