Three people plead guilty in Cattaraugus County
LITTLE VALLEY — Sentencing has been set for Dec. 15 for three people who pleaded guilty to crimes Tuesday in Cattaraugus County Court.
Daniel Price, 23, of Olean, pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, crack cocaine, on Sept. 13, 2007, in the City of Olean.
Kenneth A. Davis, 40, of Florida, pleaded guilty to second-degree attempted burglary, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree unlawfully fleeing from a police officer on July 14 in the Town of Farmersville.
Kathy A. Doner, 47, of Salamanca, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and without a license June 12 in the City of Salamanca. She posted a blood-alcohol count of 0.14 percent, nearly twice the legal limit.
