Applications being accepted for floats in Santa parade
OLEAN — The Greater Olean Chamber of Commerce is taking float applications for the Santa Claus Lane Parade at 7 p. m. Nov. 28 in downtown.
The Cattaraugus County Bicentennial Advisory Committee is working with the 2008 Santa Claus Lane committee to add a bicentennial theme to the parade.
All county municipalities and organizations are invited to have a float, musical unit, historical or public vehicles in the parade. A fireworks display will follow the parade and mark the end of the county’s 200th birthday bicentennial celebration.
