Energy Fair today at Brant Fire Hall
The Southtowns Energy Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at the Brant Fire Hall, 1231 Brant-Farnham Road, Brant. Admission is free.
The fair aims to teach consumers how to beat rising home heating costs through conservation and the use of solar, wind and renewable energy sources.
Speakers will include Amherst-based environmental activist Walter Simpson; Robert E. Knoer, chairman of the Wind Action Group; Nathan Rizzo of Solar Applications in WNY; and Bill Henry, the Southtown Energy Fair chairman.
