3 accused of endangering child due to drug use
ASHFORD — Three people were charged with endangering the welfare of a child while under the influence of drugs at a home on Cross Road and taken to Cattaraugus County Jail by deputy sheriffs.
Amy L. Brown, 54, of Cross Road; Jennifer S. Occhino, 29, of Cheektowaga; and Patrick V. Occhino, 24, of Buffalo, were charged with endangering the welfare of a 1-year-old child because they were under the influence of prescription medications and unable to care for the child Friday afternoon, deputies reported.
Bail for Brown was set at $500, bail for Jennifer Occhino was set at $1,500, and Patrick Occhino was held without bail following their arraignments in Ashford Town Court.
