Couple allegedly smoked pot in front of child
DELEVAN — A couple was charged Wednesday with endangering the welfare of a child by smoking marijuana in front of the child, according to Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies.
Amy S. Schweickert, 25, and Thomas
D. Kingsland, 41, were arrested at 46 Pine View Drive. They were each named in Town of Machias Court warrants that also accused them of giving a child cigarettes.
They were arraigned in Yorkshire Town Court and are to appear at a later date to answer to the charges.
