Man faces felony counts in sale of cocaine
BATAVIA — A Genesee County man accused of selling cocaine to an undercover agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Enforcement Task Force faces four felony drug counts, authorities said Thursday.
Dean F. Ivison, 50, of Byron, was charged with two counts each of criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance. He is in Genesee County Jail pending arraignment today.
Authorities said they tracked Ivison to Stafford.
