Child porn charges filed against inmate
BATAVIA — An inmate serving time for a criminal sexual act was charged with more than two-dozen counts of possessing child pornography, the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday.
During a home visit in April 2006 in the Town of Batavia, police said they alerted the Sheriff’s Office that Kevin P. Boss had child pornography on his computer. The Regional Computer Forensic Lab in Buffalo later confirmed there were several images of child pornography.
Boss was arraigned Monday before Batavia Town Justice Michael Cleveland on 13 counts each of possessing a sexual performance by a child and possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.
