2 more suspects arrested in theft of restaurant safe
LITTLE VALLEY — Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies have made two more arrests in the May 20 theft of a safe from the Nic-L-Inn Restaurant in South Valley.
Michael A. Gordon, 19, of McKinley Avenue in Jamestown, was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree grand larceny.
Craig N. Himes, 19, of Fluvanna Avenue in Jamestown, was charged with tampering with physical evidence and released without bail.
Deputies said the thieves broke into the restaurant, stealing a safe with $3,500 in cash and some papers.
